EVENT 4

For time, three team members complete:

75 Calorie Assault bike

50m Swim (Swim 25m - drag 25m)

100m Swim (Swim 50m - drag 25m - swim 25m)

50m Swim (Swim 25m - drag 25m)

Tag, the remaining two team members complete:

50 Calorie Assault bike

100m Swim (Swim 50m - drag 25m - swim 25m)

50m Swim (Swim 25m - drag 25m)

On the sound of 3,2,1… Go! Three team members will complete 75 calories on the Assault bike (tagging in and out as they wish). Once 50 calories are complete the first team member may start and complete their 50 meter swim (however, the second team member may not start their swim until the 75 calories are complete). Once both the 75 calories are complete and the first team member has completed their 50 meter swim, the second team member will swim their 100 meters. Once complete the third team member will swim their 50 meters. On completion of the third team members swim the remaining two competitors who have up until now watched, will complete 50 calories on the Assault bike. Once complete the first of the two team members will swim 100 meters. Finally the second of the two team members will swim 50 meters.

Notes:

  1. At all times all team members must be within their marked lane.

  2. This Event will be scored by time. Each length (and calorie) not complete will add one second.

  3. Minimum work requirement: Swim 25 meters.


VARIATIONS

RX:

Each team member will complete a 25m dummy drag (in the water). The 6th team member (nominated by the team will act as the dummy). The 25m is inclusive in the swim distances stipulated.

INTERMEDIATE:

Each team member will complete a 25m dummy drag (in the water). The 6th team member (nominated by the team will act as the dummy). The 25m is inclusive in the swim distances stipulated.
