In 2024 New Zealand Fitness Festival, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 26-27th October. The Team Nationals will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of thrilling competition.

The 2024 Individual and pairs competitions comprise of two stages. First, individuals and pairs will compete online (now complete). At the end of the qualifier those who hold qualifying spots will be invited to the finals competition (stage 2) in Mount Maunganui over the 14-15 December.
