In 2025, the New Zealand Fitness Festival, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 25-26th October. The Team Nationals will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of competition.

In 2025 the Individual and pairs competitions comprise of two stages. First, individuals and pairs will compete online (1-31 August). At the end of the online competition those who hold qualifying spots will be invited to the finals competition (stage 2). Dates and venue for the finals competition are TBA.
